Fluid Research, Meter mix, precision fluid dispensing

Fluid Research® systems are designed for precision dispensing
applications in a variety of production environments. Durable Progressing
Cavity pumps provide accurate simultaneous metering of up to four different
components. Systems provide programmable ratio, dispense volume and
flow rate for flexible manufacturing systems. The meter mix or fluid dispensing
systems can be configured to process multi-component materials from 1 to
1,500,000 centipoise and can easily be integrated into work cells. The
systems are designed for dispensing two part silicones, adhesives and
urethanes plus other materials and provides immediate value through
increased productivity and quality with reduced material waste.

Suitable for applications that range from low to high viscosity, containing solids or abrasive fillers, or that are temperature sensitive or shear sensitive.
